Nehalem Bay State Park

I decided to stop for the night at Nehalem Bay State Park. Why? Because there was a little tiny tent on the map a few miles to the north of me and I was tired.

Talk about serendipity. The park is gorgeous. I made it there just after sunset, but the views from the beach were still amazing. I hate to sound like such a broken record, but the Oregon Coast is just breathtaking. I really could come back here and spend a couple of weeks just slowly riding up and down the coast between Crescent City, CA and Astoria, OR, checking out the forests and the beaches and the cool little towns in between them.

If you own a bike, you really should try to do this ride at least once in your life. You won't regret it.
